In today's society the need for rapidly deployable and flexible CCTV solutions is greater than ever before. Crime and antisocial behaviour patterns are constantly changing and conventional fixed CCTV networks are insufficiently adaptable to meet public safety expectations.
UK Broadband has two unique camera solutions that can be easily integrated into existing CCTV networks - Orbis1 and Orbis2. These units connect wirelessly and can be easily moved to suit changing surveillance needs.
Orbis1
Orbis1 is a heavy duty vandalproof solution suitable for public space surveillance.
Units can be wall or pole mounted and then connect wirelessly over long distances into existing fibre, microwave or DSL networks.
Live 25 frames per second high quality video images can be brought right back to the control room and the operator can make audio announcements directly from the camera.
The modular approach can be used to meet a range of challenges including antisocial behaviour monitoring, traffic enforcement and special events.
The overall system is expandable and mobile to suit any surveillance environment or situation.
